The Georgia Council of Graduate Schools is excited to host our Spring Conference and Meeting: Advancing Graduate Education in Georgia on April 23-24, 2015. The conference will be hosted this year by the University of North Georgia at their Dahlonega Campus.

The conference program will provide multiple sessions for both graduate school leaders and staff, including sessions on mentoring graduate students. working with non-traditional graduate students, advocacy for graduate education, recruitment strategies, and more.  Philip A. Wilheit, Sr., Board of Regents, University System of Georgia will deliver the keynote address and Dr. Bonita Jacobs, President of University of North Georgia will deliver closing remarks.  See the program schedule here.

Click the link above for a map with parking and the two buildings, highlighted, where the conference will take place. When you arrive, you can park in the P30 lot and walk across the street to the Dining Hall building. Registration will be held in the Banquet Hall. Banquet Hall is located upstairs in the Dining Hall building. 

There will be sign-up sheets for the breakfast round table discussions and the winery tour at Cavender Creek Vineyards at registration.
